1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

Iris Link is a business in the technology industry selling to companies and individuals.

2. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by way Courier or Iris Link Driver.

3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Iris Link is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Iris Link will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: To return an unwanted non-defective product, it must be:

Returned within 5 working days of the product being delivered • Undamaged and unused, with the original labels still attached • In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition along with any free gifts you may have received with it. • The customer may hand deliver or send the returned / unwanted product back toIris Linkat their own expense and risk. Once we have received your returned product and it has been assessed by Iris Link and before we can refund you for your returned purchase, all items returned will be thoroughly inspected. We only accept used goods for return and refund if there is a manufacturing defect. Please read all the details of your product’s warranty on our Product Warranties page on our website. If a product has been misused or abused in any manner by you the customer, we will not be able to refund you for your purchase and you will be liable for any collection and delivery charges. You will however have the option to have it repaired or replaced at your expense.We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if products are returned damaged, or not in a saleable condition and you will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having such a product redelivered to you unless you choose to collect your goods personally or have made arrangements to do so. Goods not collected within 90 days will be sold to defray costs.
RETURNING PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), we’ll arrange to collect the product from you, and we’ll deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible as long as the incorrect product is:

Undamaged and unused, with the original labels still attached.

In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition along with any free gifts you may have received with it.

RETURNING DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of the highest quality. If you’ve received a product with a defect or fault, we’ll gladly replace the exact product at no additional cost to you. Any defective or damaged products need to be reported or returned within 5 working days of delivery. If the product is found NOT to be defective or damaged, you will NOT be entitled to any replacement, but will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having such a product returned to Iris Link, and then redelivered to you. The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will NOT entitle you to any replacement or credit under the above replacement promise:

Faults resulting from normal wear and tear

Damage arising from incorrect usage of the product.

Damage caused by lightning or electrical surge or any other act of God.

Damaged caused by flooding, theft or fire.  You have spoken to a Iris Link Customer Care agent who has confirmed that your product is not defective.

5. Customer Privacy policy
Iris Link shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:


6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Iris Link bank account, the

details of which will be provided on request.

7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Iris Link via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the

website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Iris Link separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is

South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility
Iris Link takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Iris Link chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Protea Heights, Brackenfell, Cape Town, 7560 .
12. Variation
Iris Link may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
